⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service – Highly Recommend! I brought my Tesla in to PDM after another vehicle dinged my rear bumper. From start to finish, the entire experience was excellent, but Stephanie truly stood out. She kept me constantly updated throughout the repair process with timely, clear, and friendly communication every step of the way. I always knew exactly what was happening with my car, when parts were arriving, and when I could expect it back. The repair quality was fantastic — the bumper looks brand new again. Thank you Stephanie and the whole PDM team for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back if I need service again and will be recommending you to other Tesla owners!

Huge shoutout to PDM for taking such great care of my car! From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. JJ and Arely both went above and beyond to make sure I was updated every step of the way and stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth, stress-free, and genuinely showed that they cared. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but PDM has definitely earned my loyalty. The professionalism, communication, and quality of work were top tier. I will always choose PDM and highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and honest service! I had a really good experience at PDM. Great customer service from the first day I dropped by and scheduled the drop off. Arely was great in explaining tome that the claim that I had was filed to have my insurance cover for the repairs. I had to reach out to my insurance so they can clarify and correct the claim to be paid bu person that hit my vehicle. The work was really clean and was seamless didn’t seem we ever got hit. The only downside I would say would be when I saw the charges that got sent to the insurance for the repairs. The amount did seem a little bit excessive for the repairs that were done on the vehicle but I guess that the cost of doing business now days with insurance companies bid high so you get a decent payout. However nonetheless PDM did a great job on our vehicle and I would really consider using them in the future.
